This NTAR Leadership Center webinar took place in November 2012 and featured presentations by Dr. Michelle Van Noy, Heldrich Center for Workforce Development; Maria Heidkamp, Heldrich Center for Workforce Development; and Dr. James Shanahan of Shanahan Resources Inc. The focus was examining strategies that community colleges are using to serve dislocated workers and workers with disabilities.
