Biography
Jessica Starace is a Survey Research Manager at the Heldrich Center where she is involved in various survey research and program evaluation projects focusing on workforce development, education, and economic issues. Jessica has contributed to the center's Work Trends public opinion series for 10 years, including co-authoring multiple reports, and conducting literature reviews, collaborating on questionnaire design, and managing data analysis. Jessica also assists the center director with various research and administrative tasks. Prior to joining the Heldrich Center, Jessica worked in a private survey research firm managing studies for clients in media and academia. Jessica graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude from The College of New Jersey with a B.A. in Sociology, and holds a Master's in Public Policy from the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
