Explores the outcomes of a conference focused on the broad policy issues concerned with assisting the working poor in New Jersey with the goal of assisting and advising the new administration and legislators in New Jersey in developing policies to alleviate barriers for New Jersey’s working poor, and offers five themes for further reform.
