Explores state and local agencies that focus on people with disabilities and their views of the One-Stop system, helps to determine where states stand on their issues, and how disability-specific agencies have been able to impact these issues in their states in order to assist in understanding how the One-Stop system is viewed in the disability community and where the system needs improvement.
