Identifies current and emerging workplace trends that are affecting the skill needs of New Jersey’s employers. It also specifies the key skills that workers of all types will need to adapt effectively to these trends. Findings are based on interviews and focus groups with over 160 New Jersey employers, economic forecasters, and other stakeholders, as well as a review of the scholarly literature.
