The Heldrich Center reviewed the promising practices and lessons learned across all Kessler Foundation Signature Employment Grant grantees from 2015 through 2020. A white paper was produced and published by Kessler Foundation to highlight program implementation, any challenges encountered, and innovations utilized during the execution of the 21 projects funded during this timeframe. The report, Unlocking Potential: Key Lessons from Kessler Foundation’s Signature Grants on Employment for People with Disabilities, highlighted the ability of grantees to collaborate and innovate to increase the employment of individuals with disabilities across a spectrum of employers.
