The Heldrich Center is conducting an impact evaluation of the Inclusive Healthy Communities (IHC) grant program to better understand how the program helped grantees in Year 3 to advance sustainable policies, systems, and environmental changes that facilitate IHCs for people with disabilities. To assess what the IHC grant program did well and identify potential areas for improvement, the Heldrich Center will conduct 2 surveys and 13 semi-structured interviews with grantee leads and other leadership team members. Data collection began in September 2024, and researchers plan to submit the final evaluation report to the New Jersey Division of Disability Services in the fall of 2024.
