The Heldrich Center is working with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development to evaluate seven pilots led by community-based and nonprofit organizations spearheading work to move employers to a competitive integrated employment work model. The seven organizations have been funded and are currently working with a vendor to design and develop a model that works best for their organizations. This study will evaluate organizational culture and organizational change, with an emphasis on competitive employment and fair living wages for individuals with disabilities.
