Discusses the results of a national study of how public libraries assist job seekers, including the career services libraries offer, their strengths in offering career services, and the challenges libraries are facing. Also discusses a recent study of New Jersey public libraries’ virtual services and how libraries can establish communities of care to assist job seekers.
