Explores the September 11th Fund’s Employment Assistance Program (EAP) by providing information on the following: profiles of participants, description of the economic state pre- and post-9/11, services offered by the EAP, and post-program employment outcomes. The EAP provided critical employment assistance services to workers who were displaced by the terrorist attacks of September 2001.
