Provides a service profile of the September 11th Fund’s Employment Assistance Program (EAP) by defining and describing the types of services available to EAP participants, analyzing how the different groups of participants took advantage of the array of services, and showing the similarities and differences among service providers. Statistical tables on the services provided to participants are cross-referenced by gender, age, primary language, income, occupation, residence, and service provider are also presented in detail.
