A new MarketWatch op-ed by William M. Rodgers III, Ph.D. discusses a Congressional proposal whereby the Federal Reserve would gain a new task: reducing racial inequality. Dr. Rodgers is Professor of Public Policy at the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University and Chief Economist at the Heldrich Center.
