Biography
Oliver Quinn has advised leaders in the public, private, higher education and non-profit sectors on matters of law, dispute resolution, ethics, compliance, public affairs, diversity and management for more than 30 years. He is also a skilled facilitator.
Oliver served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Business Ethics Officer at Prudential Financial. He previously served as Chief Regulatory Compliance Officer for Prudential HealthCare, Inc. Prior to joining Prudential, Oliver held several leading legal, policy and administrative positions including: Deputy Solicitor for National Operations, United States Department of Labor; Deputy Commissioner, New Jersey Department of Labor; Administrative Law Judge, State of New Jersey; Assistant Counsel, Judiciary Committee of the United States House of Representatives; and Assistant Dean, Rutgers University Law School.
Oliver received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Syracuse University, and his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University Law School. In 2010 he was honored as the law school’s Alumnus of the Year. He is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars.
