Biography

Domonique Noel is a Research Project Assistant at the Heldrich Center where she assists in the implementation of a project for the New Jersey Department of Human Services’ Division of Aging Services that increases access to certified home health aide training. Domonique has over five years’ experience in health disparities research, program implementation, community engagement, and HIV/STD counseling and testing. She holds a B.S. in Public Health and a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Rutgers–New Brunswick.
