Carl Van Horn, Ph.D. was interviewed for a recent article about how industry leaders, colleges, and universities are collaborating to prepare students for success. The article appeared in the online magazine, Jersey’s Best. Van Horn discussed the mission of the Heldrich Center, a Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy practicum capstone course that provides students with an opportunity to develop and enhance their skills, and the proliferation of hybrid learning in the nation’s colleges and universities.

Van Horn is Director of the Heldrich Center and a Distinguished Professor of Public Policy at the Bloustein School.
