Carl Van Horn, Ph.D. and Ronald Quincy, Ph.D. have been named recipients of the New Jersey chapter of the American Society for Public Administration’s (NJ ASPA) public service leadership awards.
Dr. Van Horn is the recipient of the President’s Award for an extraordinary New Jersey public service career. He is a Distinguished Professor of Public Policy at the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy and Director of the Heldrich Center.
Dr. Quincy is the recipient of the President’s Award for distinguished service in public policy. He is a Professor of Professional Practice at the Bloustein School and a Visiting Faculty Fellow at the Heldrich Center.
In announcing the awards, Lisa Mahajan-Cusack, President of NJ ASPA, shared, “These honorees represent the very best of public service in New Jersey. Their dedication exemplifies public servants’ critical role in strengthening our communities and addressing complex challenges.”
