Explores the role state governments can play in helping individuals navigate the labor market; examines two web-based resources – created by the State of New Jersey and the Heldrich Center – that provide students, job seekers, and workers with the information they need to make informed decisions about careers and further education; and illustrates key lessons for creating such resources.
