Reports findings from a July 2021 survey of workforce development professionals designed to gain a better understanding of the experiences, questions, and concerns of workforce development programs that had to make transitions to their operations as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Also offers insights provided by respondents during roundtable discussions and recommendations for the public workforce system to consider in this ongoing time of change.
