María Belén Conde Oviedo is a Graduate Research Assistant at the Heldrich Center. She supports quantitative research using the New Jersey Statewide Data System, as well as qualitative research analysis. She has experience developing and evaluating public policies for the Chilean government and international organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank.
María Belén is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the Universidad Católica de Cuyo (Argentina), an M.A. in Economics from Georgetown University and ILADES (Chile), and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
