Lily McFarland is a Research Project Assistant at the Heldrich Center, where she provides support on various projects pertaining to means-tested social safety net programs and workforce development initiatives. Lily has experience in multiple stages of the research and program evaluation process, including research design and data analysis for both qualitative and quantitative studies. Lily completed her Bachelor’s of Arts in Public Policy at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master’s in Public Policy at the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
