The Heldrich Center, in conjunction with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, is pleased to share a new workforce analysis of the life sciences and technology sectors in New Jersey, with a particular emphasis on the sectors’ intersection with artificial intelligence. The report, Identification of Innovative Sector-Specific Strategies for the Life Sciences and Technology Sectors in New Jersey, offers workforce strategies for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority and sector stakeholders to continue to cultivate top talent, increase workforce diversity, and prepare for occupational and skill changes resulting from the emergence and integration of new technologies in the workplace.
