Biography
Victoria Coty is a Research Project Assistant at the Heldrich Center where she is involved in research on education and workforce development. She is experienced in quantitative and qualitative research methods and project management. Victoria’s research interests include understanding how postsecondary education and workforce development policies and programs affect learners’ experiences and success. She is particularly interested in understanding the factors influencing individuals’ education and career choices.
Victoria holds a B.A. in Statistics and Sociology and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education from the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University.
