Biography
Stephanie Walsh is a Research Project Manager at the Heldrich Center and Assistant Director of the New Jersey Education to Earnings Data System. She is involved in research on workforce development, education and training, and program evaluations, most recently working on an evaluation of the Douglass Engineering Living-Learning Community at Rutgers. Stephanie's experience has focused on the intersection of social policy and economics, with internships and research positions at philanthropic, government, and nonprofit organizations. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from The College of New Jersey, Master’s in Public Policy from the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University, and a Ph.D. in Planning and Public Policy from the Bloustein School.
