Puneet Sandhu is a Graduate Research Assistant at the Heldrich Center, where she supports operational, communications, and research tasks across workforce policy initiatives and program evaluation projects. Puneet brings over six years of experience in clinical and administrative healthcare settings, with strengths in process improvement, team coordination, and patient access services.

She is currently pursuing a Master of Health Administration at the Bloustein School.. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Rutgers University. Prior to graduate school, Puneet worked in both primary care and academic health environments and has also supported community outreach through nonprofit volunteer work. Her professional interests include healthcare operations, equitable access to care, and using data-driven strategies to improve systems that serve diverse populations.
