As a follow-up to an analysis the Heldrich Center performed of the Union County, New Jersey economy in 2007-2008, the center worked with Union County officials to operationalize key initiatives and plans and to develop a comprehensive workforce strategy that will inform future policy and planning efforts in the county. The workforce efforts recommended align with economic development goals at the local and state levels.
