Evaluation of a New Jersey program designed to increase awareness and access to worker benefits programs, including paid family and medical leave benefits, earned sick leave, and unemployment insurance. The Heldrich Center will focus on understanding the program’s implementation, the organizational capacity and program support of grantees, and the program’s impact on worker benefit programs. Using both qualitative research methods, Heldrich Center researchers will map program implementation, analyze organizational capacity and implementation, understand employer engagement, explore the collaborative model, and understand the program’s impact on access to worker benefits programs.
