Maria Heidkamp, Director of Program Development at the Heldrich Center, recently participated in a panel at SXSW EDU, a conference that fosters innovation and learning within the education industry. The panel session, “Don’t Leave Older Workers Out of the Jobs Recovery,” also featured Jean Accius, Senior Vice President, AARP Global Thought Leadership;  Wendi Safstrom, President, SHRM Foundation; and Ramona Schindelheim, Editor-in-Chief, WorkingNation. While at SXSW EDU, Maria recorded a WorkingNation Overheard video about the obstacles facing mid-career job seekers.
