Leona Duffour is a Graduate Research Assistant at the Heldrich Center, where she assists in the implementation of a project for the New Jersey Department of Human Services’ Division of Aging Services aimed at increasing access to certified home health aide training. With over five years of experience in healthcare, project management, and implementation, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to addressing employment and equity challenges. Leona holds a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and is currently pursuing a Master of Health Administration at the Bloustein School.
