Van Horn Appointed to Center for Intergovernmental Partnerships Advisory Board
Carl Van Horn will serve as one of the advisory board members of the newly created Center for Intergovernmental Partnerships.
Carl Van Horn, Ph.D. was recently appointed by the National Academy of Public Administration to the advisory board of the academy’s Center for Intergovernmental Partnerships (CIP). The newly created CIP will identify leading practices and develop new approaches to strengthen collaboration among leaders of all levels of U.S. government. CIP’s initial focus will be on the challenges facing government to use congressional funding to fight COVID-19. Learn more about CIP.
Van Horn is Director of the Heldrich Center and a Distinguished Professor of Public Policy at Rutgers University. He was elected as a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration in 2015.
